Methanol is a clear and colorless liquid, used in manufacturing a wide variety of chemicals such as: formaldehyde and it is Corresponding resins, DME, MTBE,Acetic Acid, Solvents, Olefins, etc. It is also considered as a source of clean energy for turbines, fuel cells and automotive fuel, as an environmental friendly, higher heat value and efficient fuel.

Methanol Casale, a Switzer company, along with PIDEC, a well known Iranian company field of gas, oil and petrochemicals would supply know how, basic engineering, detail engineering and procurement services for inside battery limit equipment and machinery. Other required utilities for this project from basic engineering to construction and installation will be carried out by Kaveh Methanol  engineering department.

Also due to export of final product, Kaveh Methanol  Co. is to establish a dedicated offshore structure.
